Hudson Valley Physical Therapy is an ‘out of network’ provider for all other insurances. This means we do not take insurance directly. You must pay in full at the time of your visit. Time billed is actual face to face time and treatment with your physical therapist.
As long as your insurance plan has out of network coverage, you will be reimbursed based on your benefits. It is your responsibility to understand your benefits and coverage.
Hudson Valley Physical Therapy does NOT accept Medicaid, Workmen’s Compensation or No Fault Insurance. Patients with these insurances cannot be reimbursed for physical therapy treatment with Hudson Valley Physical Therapy.
Arrangements can be made for those patient’s without insurance or are considered “out of network” and choose not to have Hudson Valley Physical Therapy bill insurance directly for physical therapy services. Please contact our office to discuss this option.
Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Flex Spending/HSA cards for payment. At the end of each visit you will be provided with the necessary documentation for submitting the claim to your insurance company.
In order to achieve maximum benefit from your physical therapy, it is important to maintain regular visits as prescribed by your therapist. If you must cancel, please provide 24 hour notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $50.00. This payment is not billable to insurance.
