Are you pregnant and wondering what exercises are safe for you? Are you trying to exercise but don’t know how? Are you trying to stay active during your pregnancy and want to learn a routine to do at home? Are you looking for a community to support your fitness goals throughout your pregnancy?

Pregnancy Pump exercise class is for you! Hudson Valley Physical Therapy will be hosting four  Pregnancy Pump classes. Each class is 90 minutes and led by HVPT’s Dr Zazu Cioce who is a doctor of physical therapy and has attained her Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy/Postpartum Physical Therapy form the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health.

Activity guidelines during pregnancy is 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity exercise, including muscle strengthening activities 2x/week.
